Ben Brich, MA

Ben is originally from Omaha, Nebraska. He earned his Bachelors degree at the University of Nebraska at Omaha studying history. After graduating in 2015, he moved to Denver, Colorado to attend the University of Denver, where he earned his Master degree in Curriculum and Instruction. After being an 8th grade teacher for a couple of years, Ben began working for Ed Tech giant 2U Inc. as an admissions counselor for the University of Southern California’s (USC) Master of Arts in Teaching and Master of Science in Nursing programs. He continues his counseling role with USC’s nursing program today. Ben has a passion for assisting applicants in applying for the nursing program. He finds joy in guiding applicants through the application process and helping them determine if the program best fits their needs. Aside from his professional/academic side, Ben has been musically active from a young age. Ben has been playing the drums for 23 years and is also a proficient guitar and piano player.  Ben struggled as a student for a very long time. This stemmed from his lack of confidence, and his fear of asking for help. After graduating high school and moving on to UNO, he continued to struggle until he decided to finally do what his mom had long told him to do: Ask for help.
